Can I purchase a ticket for another person?

Each ticket holder is required to purchase their own ticket. In the event that you have, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

How does registration work?

You may pre-register for eight events per day. To secure your spots, you must register for all events in advance. Additional events are available to purchase on a first-come-first-served basis.

Where do I pick up my bracelet?

Weekend and day ticket holders will require a bracelet to access the Illume Festival. Pick up your bracelet the day of the event at the Basecamp.

What is the Basecamp?

Your space to come back to where you can share, relax and connect with others.

Where is the Basecamp?

Our Basecamp and Info Booth will be at 425 Main Road, where our staff can help and guide you if you have any questions.

Where do events take place?

Event locations are announced on our schedule page. To see where the locations are, please download our Map. Locations will also be identified with an Illume flag.

What if it rains?

Illume takes place rain or shine, and In the event of rain, we will post all potential changes on the Schedule and the Illume Facebook page. Or, present yourself at our Basecamp, and we’ll direct you to the new location.

What are the music and restaurant events?

Your Illume ticket includes access to exclusive live music and restaurant events. You must sign up for these events in advance. Please consult the Schedule for time and location information.

Can I get a refund?

Your ticket is non-refundable. However, we invite you to transfer your ticket to another person. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please email us to register the "name of the person" you are transferring your ticket to info@Illumefestival.ca

Where do I park?

Parking locations are available on our Map. Please do not park at Jack Layton Park without a permit—you will get a ticket! Boo!

Should I join the waitlist?

Yes, if you want in, please join the list—there are always cancellations. You will receive an email once you are added to the event.

What are Community Events?

These events take place in town parks and are free for Hudson residents. To see which events qualify, please view the event descriptions on the schedule.

Registration POLICIES

  1. Please sign up for all events in advance;

  2. If you are unable to make an event, please kindly cancel your reservation to make room for others;

  3. Make sure to “Check In” upon your arrival;

  4. Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the event starts time;

  5. Please bring all your equipment and necessities: mat, props, towel, a water bottle, and sun tan lotion;

  6. The cancellation window is 2 hours before the event starts;

  7. If applicable, please inform your teacher of any injury or medical condition.
